For electronics pickup inquiries, we may also collect pickup address, equipment descriptions, approximate quantities, access notes, timing preferences, and whether devices may contain sensitive or confidential information.

We may also collect limited technical information automatically (IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited) to operate and improve the site.

We use information to respond to inquiries, deliver requested services, send project updates, improve our website, comply with legal obligations, and prevent abuse or fraudulent submissions.

Clients are responsible for identifying devices that may contain personal, confidential, customer, employee or business-sensitive information before pickup. Any data wiping, destruction, chain of custody, or documentation requirements must be requested and agreed in writing before equipment is collected.
