IT, Repair & Networking

Repair the broken, back up the important, secure the network, support the team — one local IT partner for every piece of your office tech.

Outcomes

What you actually get from this.

The business results — what changes for you, your team and your customers.

Device repair, done honestly

Laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals — we diagnose first, then quote a clear fix-or-replace path. No upsells, no guessing, no waiting weeks for parts.

Backups that actually work

Automated daily backups, on-site + off-site copies, and — most importantly — we test the restores. Your data is only safe when you've proven you can get it back.

Data recovery when it counts

Drive failure, accidental delete, corrupted files, ransomware. We try every recovery path before declaring data lost — and have rescued files most repair shops give up on.

Disaster recovery you can trust

A documented plan for "what if the server dies tomorrow". Tested restore procedures, spare hardware sourcing, and clear ownership — so a single failure isn't an existential crisis.

Endpoint security baseline

Every workstation we touch ships with endpoint protection, encrypted storage, auto-patching and proper user accounts — the basics most small businesses skip until something bad happens.

WiFi that just works

Coverage in every room, fast speeds in every corner, separate networks for guests and staff — designed properly the first time with business-grade gear.

Workstations built for the work

Custom desktop builds spec'd to your team's actual workload — CAD, video, accounting or general productivity. Quality parts, room to upgrade, long lifespan.

On-site when you need us

Local to the GTA — we show up. Cabling, mounting, repair, configuration and training happen in person, not over a help ticket.

Remote help on tap

Most day-to-day issues get resolved over remote support the same hour. No waiting days for someone to come look at a printer.

What you take home

Beyond software, we handle the physical side of your business — repairing laptops and workstations, protecting your data with real backups, recovering files when things go wrong, designing reliable networks and keeping every device running. One local team for hardware, repair, backups and everything in between.

Who reaches out for this service?

A few of the scenarios where we typically come in — yours probably looks like one of these.

01

A laptop got dropped — cracked screen, won't boot, makes a weird noise. We diagnose, quote the fix, and either repair it or recommend an honest replacement.

02

A drive failed and the team is panicking about lost client files. We attempt recovery, get them running on a loaner workstation, and put proper backups in place so it never happens again.

03

A small business has been running without real backups for years. We design an automated backup strategy (on-site + cloud), run a real test restore, and document the recovery procedure.

04

Ransomware or accidental deletion hits an office and a critical folder is gone. We restore from a known-good backup point and harden the workstations against the next attempt.

05

A growing office has WiFi that doesn't reach the back rooms and no separation between staff and guest traffic — we redesign the network from scratch with proper gear.

06

A new business is moving into a new space and needs cabling, workstations and printers set up before opening day.

07

An existing office has slow, aging machines — we audit, recommend a phased upgrade plan, and repair what's still worth keeping instead of replacing everything.

08

A team needs reliable monthly IT support without hiring a full-time technician — flat-fee plan covering repairs, backups, monitoring and on-site visits.

Engagement

How we run a project.

Four focused phases — no surprises, predictable cadence, working software (or design) at every step.

Smooth rollout, real-world training and ongoing improvements.

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

Short, honest answers to the things most teams want to know before reaching out.

What devices do you repair?

Laptops, desktops, all-in-ones, printers, monitors and most common office peripherals. Common repairs include screen replacement, battery replacement, RAM/SSD upgrades, power issues, overheating, slow performance, and software/OS recovery. We diagnose first and only quote a repair once we know it's worth doing — if a machine isn't worth fixing, we'll say so.

How does data backup actually work?

We set up a 3-2-1 backup strategy: at least three copies of your data, on two different types of media, with one copy off-site (usually encrypted cloud). Backups run automatically every day. Most importantly, we periodically test a real restore — because a backup you've never restored isn't actually a backup.

Can you recover data from a dead or failing drive?

Often, yes. We attempt software-level recovery first, then hardware-level recovery if the drive is mechanically damaged. Recovery rates depend on the failure mode — we'll do a free initial assessment and quote before any chargeable work. For SSDs with controller failure and physically destroyed platters, recovery may not be possible — we'll tell you straight.

What does disaster recovery planning include?

We document where every piece of your business data lives, how it's backed up, how to restore it, and who's responsible for what when something goes wrong. We test the procedure with a tabletop exercise (or a real drill) so the team isn't figuring it out for the first time during an actual disaster.

Do you offer on-site service and ongoing IT support?

Yes to both. We serve businesses across the GTA (Brampton, Mississauga, Etobicoke and surrounding cities) for on-site visits. Flat monthly support plans cover remote help, on-site visits, user setup/offboarding, hardware monitoring, backup checks and small repairs — sized to your team. No hourly clock-watching.

Can you spec and supply hardware for our team?

Absolutely. We build proposals with photos, specs and reasoning so leadership can sign off with confidence, then handle procurement, custom builds, configuration, delivery and training. We spec for longevity and value — not the cheapest box that'll die in 18 months.
